As with any software programme you can organise your videos in folders. This is particularly useful for clients who have lots of different users on their account, or different departments within a large organisation.
Buto also lets you describe each video with tags – these make it easier to search around your archive using Buto’s live as-you-type search function. Tags can be used for all sorts of other things too, such as automatically choosing which videos appear in a smart playlist.
